We’re looking for bold thinkers and proactive self-starters eager to shape their careers and support the UK’s most driven business leaders.The role is suitable for someone with around 3 years’ experience in credit or lending, ideally with exposure to complex, lender-led transactions such as fund finance, lender finance, or non-sponsor leverage, coming from a graduate programme or traditional bank background.As an Associate/Senior Associate in Debt Finance, you will support Directors through the transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, ensuring successful deal delivery.Key Responsibilities:

Work on the execution of Fund Finance, Lender Finance, and Non-Sponsor deals.Maintain the CRM with new leads and closed deals.Prepare deal-specific credit memoranda for credit committees and other approvals; participate in external meetings.Build complex financial models to analyze investment opportunities, debt structures, and asset specifics.Conduct fundamental research, company and transaction analysis, and valuations.Participate in third-party meetings, analyzing budgets and investment plans.Support deal closing across a multi-disciplinary team, including Credit and Transaction Execution.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or related from a top university.Proactive with strong communication, research, and analytical skills.Resourceful problem solver with multitasking ability.Comfortable working in unstructured environments and creating opportunities.Aligned with the company’s stakeholding culture.Benefits:
