Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced Roofing and Cladding Estimator to join their team in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with experience in roofing, cladding, or building envelope systems to play a key role in securing and delivering major projects while developing their career within a supportive and growing business. Key Responsibilities Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for roofing, cladding, and façade packages. Reviewing tender documentation including drawings, specifications, and scope requirements. Taking off quantities from drawings and preparing detailed cost breakdowns. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Identifying potential risks, value engineering opportunities, and alternative solutions.
