This role is not just about maintaining systems but enhancing and optimizing them to meet the evolving needs of our business and drive digital learning transformation.Day-to-day of the role:Administer, configure, and optimise the SuccessFactors LMS to meet both business needs and compliance regulations.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of other SuccessFactors Talent Modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Goals, Succession, and Compensation.Manage the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the LMS.Troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and implement system enhancements.Support system integrations, addressing issues or enhancements and collaborating with third-party providers to implement changes.Partner with IT teams on integrations, upgrades, and new functionalities.Provide support to learning administrators and end-users, ensuring smooth operation of all LMS processes.Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment ..... full job details .....
