About the Role:

Our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee fast-track fit-out projects for supermarkets and high street retail stores across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals with a proven track record in managing fit-out projects within live retail environments.

Full UK Driver’s License:

Must be a holder and capable of driving.Commercial Awareness:

Understanding of commercial aspects related to fit-out projects.CSCS Card:

Must hold a CSCS card appropriate to the Site Manager level.Health and Safety Knowledge:

Fully conversant with current health and safety regulations.Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.IT Proficiency:

Competent in using relevant IT tools and software.Trade Background:

Preferable but not essential.Experience Required:

Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, including:

Managing fast turnaround fit-out projects.Overseeing projects in live retail store environments.Handling projects with budgets ranging from £500k to £2M.
