Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Commercial Booster and Ventilation Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. Responsibilities of the Commercial Booster and Ventilation Engineer: " Complete the PPM agreed schedule ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures. " To respond (promptly and positively) to service and breakdown requests, assess the requirements of the job, carrying out repairs/replacements as necessary within agreed timescales/response times and updating the call and job status afterwards. " Carry out service, maintenance and testing on water boosters and ventilation systems including but not limited to commercial ventilation systems, in flat ventilation, MVHRs, and commercial water boosters. " To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings and offer recommendations regarding suitable replacement " Carry out maintenance, repair and replacement of control systems and panels. " All works to be completed according to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies specification paying particular attention to electrics, working at heights and manual handling.
