Their expertise spans structural alterations, complex demolitions, underpinning, reinforced concrete works, basements, temporary works, and structural steel installations. The Role As Project QS, you will play a key part in delivering challenging structural alteration projects from pre-construction through to final account. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate cost plans, valuations, and variations for cut and carve and RC packages. Leading procurement of subcontractors and specialist trades for demolition, structural steel, basements, and temporary works.
