Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SENHelp to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategiesAssist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activitiesFoster a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes progress and well-beingCollaborate with staff, parents/carers and external professionals to support pupil developmentMonitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staffThe ideal candidate will have:Experience supporting children with special educational needs (in a school or similar setting)A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with childrenExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenRelevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or SEN training) are desirable but not essential if you have strong experience and a willingness to learn.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs, we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
