Senior Finance Business Partner - Technology

Overview
Senior Finance Business Partner for our Technology Business, reporting to the Finance Director of Credit and Verification Services. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer of the Technology Information Business and their leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing insightful financial analysis, offering commercial support, and challenging the status quo to maximise performance and returns and prioritisation of key investments. You will lead all finance-related activities, ensuring that financial goals align with the overall business strategy and objectives. You will be a key advisor and partner to the leadership team, delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
Responsibilities
Provide insightful financial analysis and commercial support to leadership
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement
Partner with CTOs and senior technology leaders to explain complex financial concepts clearly and influence strategy
Advise on prioritisation of key investments and performance improvement
Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure financial goals align with business strategy
Qualifications
Qualified Accountant
Finance business partnering experience, ideally within a matrix environment
Experience partnering with CTOs and senior technology leaders
Experience in financial management and communicating complex financial concepts to influence business decisions
Experience of innovation and using tools such as Gen AI
