The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client''s high-performing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that senior executives within a portfolio of major global enterprises receive maximum value from their membership. You''ll manage relationships with C-suite leaders and their teams, driving engagement, retention, and growth opportunities.
This is a strategic role requiring commercial acumen, relationship-building skills at the highest level, and the ability to align client priorities with our client''s market-leading offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engagement strategy for your portfolio, ensuring clients consistently realise value and maintain long-term loyalty.
- Drive retention by proactively managing touchpoints, product usage, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Own the commercial process for renewals end-to-end, identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, becoming a strategic partner in achieving their objectives.
- Collaborate with product, research, and delivery teams to tailor engagement plans for each account.
- Monitor engagement data and client feedback to identify risks and address them before they impact retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights to guide future product and service development.
What We''re Looking For
- 5+ years'' experience in enterprise subscription, research, or SaaS account management or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and sales targets, including six-figure enterprise deals.
- Skilled in negotiating with senior stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Ability to challenge and inspire senior executives, building strong emotional and strategic connections.
- Exceptional communication skills, with resilience and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, high-growth business environment.
