Audit and Accounts Supervisor Salary: £52,000-£58,000 About the Role A well-established and growing accountancy practice is seeking an Audit and Accounts Supervisor to join its Borehamwood office. This position is ideal for an experienced auditor who can deliver high-quality assurance services across a diverse client portfolio while supervising and developing junior team members. You will work closely with Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure all assignments are completed on time, within budget, and to the firm''s high standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for allocated clients, obtaining required information and maintaining clear, professional communication. Build strong internal and external relationships, supporting client retention and identifying cross-selling or new business opportunities. Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal standards. Prepare audit planning memoranda, programmes and budgets, proactively identifying key audit and control risks. Ensure audit areas are completed accurately, within deadlines and budget, while coordinating and supporting the audit team.
