Building and Construction Project Manager - BelfastWe are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead major site-based construction projects from concept through to completion and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-side project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering complex projects.Pay rate: 40.44per hourContract: 12-months35 hours a week. 4.5 days a week. 7am to 7pm (hours confirmed within this time period).Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end construction project delivery.Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.Develop project plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk registers.Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.Ensure Health and Safety compliance across all activities.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Build strong working relationships with project teams and contractors.Skills and ExperienceProven construction project management experience.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.Knowledge of the full construction lifecycle and Health and Safety standards.Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative approach.Ability to translate client briefs into detailed project requirements.Essential RequirementsDegree/HND in Construction, Building Services, or equivalent experience.Professional membership such as CIBSE, IMechE, or IET.Proficient in MS Project and ..... full job details .....
