Fusion Resources are working with a well-established, engineering-focused organisation near Driffield to recruit a Production and Operations Manager to support the effective running of site-based activities. The role ensures that all aspects of production, stores and purchasing runs efficiently, safely and in line with company standards and methods while maintaining clear communication between staff and management. This role would particularly suit someone with experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or technically driven environment where operational planning and site coordination are essential. Must have full UK license and own transport due to location of site. The Role You will support the day-to-day running of operational activities, helping to ensure workflow, resources, and priorities remain aligned with business needs.
