This is such a great opportunity to be part of a growing firm with lots of opportunity to develop and be part of a friendly team.Client DetailsThey are a fast growing consultancy who have a large well established office outside of London and have recently opened their London office so it is a fantastic time to join them.DescriptionProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.This will be a strategic EA role and much more than just diary and travelManage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements effectively.Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives and projects.Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the business.Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Partner.ProfileA successful EA to Managing Partner should have:Proven experience in a senior-level EA or PA roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Excellent written and verbal ..... full job details .....
