In this position they would also be expected to mentor and coach the team, collaborating with them to grow their skills while meeting delivery expectations individually and as a team.The role
As a Senior Project Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will work as part of a world’s first project and ensure it is accurately planned and reported.Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for delivering key project management functions including schedule, financial and risk. You will also:Responsibilities
Produce and communicate project reporting data on ERP systemsForecast costs and monitor and report against budgetProvide the resource and financial forecast data to the businessPlan, develop and maintain quality scope requirements and acceptance requirementsMaintain project and costs estimates and ensure regular reviews are undertakenSkills and Experience
Ability to control cost forecasts and actual costs against the budgetAbility to identify risks and manage risk throughout the projectP6 Scheduling Experience Desirable But Not EssentialAbility to create clear and concise reports and manage project performance against established baselinesQualifications
Experience of Shipbuilding/Repair/Refit/Decommissioning environments desirable but not essentialA bachelor’s degree in engineering / project / construction management or a related field desirable but not essentialA professional qualification (e.g. APM) desirable but not essentialAbout us
