About the Role:

As a Payroll Officer, you''ll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time. You''ll work closely with colleagues, supporting both routine and ad-hoc payroll activities, and helping to drive process improvements where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process monthly payrolls
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• New starters, and leavers
• Assist with payroll reporting
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation and company policies

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a payroll role, ideally within a busy environment
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Experience with resourcelink is a plus
