This role will start as temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent after 8 weeks for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities: • Process high volumes of supplier invoices and match to purchase orders • Maintain accurate purchase ledger records • Match invoices to goods received (GRNs) • Operate accounting systems including Sage and Xero • Assist in generating weekly/monthly reports for the Finance Manager • Provide general admin support to the finance team and wider businessKey Skills and Attributes: • Experience using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero) • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Confident with Microsoft Excel • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlinesTo apply for this Finance Administrator position, please submit your updated CV to (url removed).
