This a brand-new role created to lead a large-scale CRM transformation programme. As the Contract Programme Director, you will oversee the decommissioning of a legacy bespoke CRM system and then focus on successfully implementing the new Salesforce system. This will be carried out alongside the selected external delivery partner.In this role, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team (programme leads, developers, BA''s, enterprise architect as well as project teams members from finance and procurement). With an overall aim of drive delivery across all phases of the programme, providing clear governance, strong stakeholder engagement, and robust change leadership - You will ultimately play a pivot role in this transformation.
