Behaviour Mentor About the School This Independent Alternative Provision School in Romford, Havering is a registered charity providing full-time education for up to 90 students in Years 9 11. Pupils are referred by secondary schools or the local authority due to behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream learning. The school offers structure, second chances, and real support to the young people who need it most. About the Role As a behaviour mentor, you ll play a key role in creating a safe, respectful, and structured learning environment. Working closely with tutors and senior leaders, you''ll support students with behavioural needs helping them manage emotions, re-engage with learning, and build brighter futures.
