Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated EDI Onboarding Specialist to join their growing operations team. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to support the successful onboarding of customers onto EDI platforms while maintaining reliable day-to-day transaction operations. Job Title: EDI Onboarding Specialist (EMEA) Location: Wokingham, Berkshire (Hybrid) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum This position sits within the Operations and Customer Integration function and will support the expansion of EDI across the EMEA customer base. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding new customers, monitoring daily EDI transactions, maintaining documentation, and supporting troubleshooting activities.
