We''re currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor to support a key infrastructure scheme in West Yorkshire, and are looking to engage a Quantity surveyor on a contract basis.

This is a site-based opportunity on a long-term project, offering exposure to a complex and fast-paced delivery environment.

Working as part of an established commercial team, you''ll be supporting across a live project within a cost reimbursable / NEC contract environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cost capture, reporting and forecasting
• Management and assessment of change / Compensation Events
• Supporting subcontractor management
• Maintaining commercial processes and contract compliance
• Liaising with operational teams on site

• Experience operating as a QS within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts (cost reimbursable / target cost experience preferred)
• Ability to operate effectively in a site-based role
• Strong commercial and analytical skillset
