The Pre Construction Project Manager''s they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven pre construction project experience.As a business they can offer a variety of types of projects, with projects won in Industrial, hotels and commercial office conversions. The project Manager they are looking for is to be involved within pre-construction stages. Assisting with the projects programming and planning in stage two design through to site stages.You will also be working with external clients, co ordinating building regulations and accessing risks attached to land purchases. As an experience Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery but more specifically within the pre-construction of a project.
