This role is based on a commercial contract in South Kensington, London.The company is known for its strong culture of internal progression and is looking to expand its team with a motivated and capable individual.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all PPM tasks are allocated to the correct resources, including subcontractors, in a timely manner while supporting coordination through to completionEnsure upcoming PPMs are booked with contractors and engineers at least one month in advance of the due dateCheck and upload all electronic and paper records to internal systems (Planon/Dalkia) in line with internal and client deadlinesBook contractors and engineers in line with client processes, ensuring permits to work are in place and parking arrangements are organised in advanceEnsure all service reports and documentation are uploaded to the CAFM system in accordance with SFG20 and company guidelinesEnsure all PPMs are completed and administratively closed on the system by the 6th working day of the following month, in line with guidelinesRaise all defects and remedial tasks ..... full job details .....
