Registered Manager - Short Breaks Respite Service – Eccles, Greater Manchester. £42,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits.The Opportunity: Compass Associates are partnering with a respected provider of specialist care in the Greater Manchester area to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established short breaks respite service based in Eccles, Salford. The service offers short breaks and respite care for guests with learning disabilities and complex health needs, aged 14 and over, with a highly skilled team trained in complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, behavioural support, and total communication techniques.Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred careEnsure safe, effective and high-quality service delivery in line with CQC regulationsCollaborate with the organisation''s quality team to continually improve outcomesCreate a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and residentsOversee budgets and demonstrate commercial awarenessQualifications

A minimum Level 5 qualification - leadership and Management in Social Care or equivalentA minimum of 2 years'' experience as a registered manager and happy to hold registration for this serviceExperience of leading day-to-day operations in a fast-paced busy environment and the ability to work weekends/evenings and cover on-call as requiredStrong background in supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and/or mental health needsKnowledge of CQC regulations and KLOEsExcellent people management, communication and leadership skillsSalary and Benefits
