You will work on high-quality adjudication and litigation matters, including Protocol work, provide strategic advice, and deliver flexible dispute resolution solutions for clients, including mediation. There will also be scope to undertake some non-contentious work if desired, though this is not a requirement. Clients include national developers, contractors, well-known housebuilders, and major housing associations in the social housing sector.
