Secondary School - SEN Learning Support Assistant
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: -85100 per day (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-regarded Secondary School in Colchester, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This Colchester school is committed to providing inclusive education, supporting students with additional needs, and ensuring every learner is given the opportunity to succeed.
Job Overview:
* This school caters for students aged 11-18.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, SEN LSA role.
* Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support within lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and development.
* Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Help implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
* Work collaboratively with SENCO, teachers, and the wider school team.
This SEN LSA role in Colchester offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment, where staff are committed to student wellbeing and progress. You will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and build confidence both academically and socially.
