are recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers now. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

About the homeWe are a 5 bedded home for children who have EBD (emotional and/or behavioural difficulties). Our service is registered to accommodate 5 young people aged between 8 and 18 years old, including any gender or non-binary. We offer young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties a supportive and nurturing environment.

Requirements

A Level 3 Qualification In Children’s Residential And Childcare is essential

Previous experience within a residential childcare setting

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required

SalaryThe advertised salary is calculated on the rate of £14.60 - £14.75 per hour, plus an average of 6 x sleep ins per month at the rate of £55 per sleep in.
