We''re gearing up for significant growth, and we''re on the lookout for a Manager to lead the charge in delivering top-notch client service to our expanding clientele.As a Manager, you''ll take the reins in overseeing high-quality independent reviews of annual service charge expenditure for a key client. You''ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring our work is efficient, meets KPIs, and is perfectly tailored to each client''s needs. You''ll be the go-to person for both your team and clients, handling challenges with confidence and reporting directly to the Director and Partner team.Your role will also involve driving business development, actively seeking opportunities to expand our reach. Lead high-quality independent reviews of annual service charge expenditure for a key client.Manage and develop a dedicated team; ensure work is efficient, meets KPIs, and tailored to client needs.Serve as the primary contact for the team and clients; address challenges and report to the Director and Partner team.Drive business development and seek opportunities to expand client reach.Qualifications

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with experience working in an accountancy practice or other financial environmentRelevant service charge accounting experienceExperience managing junior staffAbility to think on your feetExcellent communication skillsRequirement of 2 days a week minimum in the Bristol office.Culture and Benefits
