As a Tax Manager you''ll be fully immersed with our experienced Tax Advisory team to provide great advice to clients.You''ll work closely with Tax Directors and Senior Tax Managers, adding value to the exceptional work our client delivers to a varied portfolio of our larger and more complex compliance clients.Deliver tax advisory work to business owners, including tax planning, advising on the acquisition and disposal of businesses, share schemes, employee ownership trusts, reorganisations, business incorporations and remuneration planning.The role will also involve: Dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations, including reviewing junior members advice, financial analysis and technical researchProvide a technical resource to our network of smaller accountants, whether this is by phone or email support serviceSupport with the management, training and development of junior team members Requirements Be ACCA/ACCA/CTA qualified, with ideally at least 3 years PQE gained in Tax practiceHave solid experience of advising OMBs on a range of tax issues including corporation tax, income, and capital gains taxHave some exposure to VAT issues would be an advantage, but it''s not a necessity Be confident in working to achieve great things alongside the rest of the teamRemuneration Competitive salary Generous holiday allowance, with an extra day off for your birthday and a volunteer day Flexible hybrid working and Tailored learning and development Company pension Health MOTs Mental ..... full job details .....
