Salary £30,000 - £45,000+ pa based on experience

This is an opportunity to work for an established Cardiff-based consultancy specialising in the residential sector. The Role
  
This role will involve designing and delivering residential engineering schemes including SAB Approvals and technical packages such as Section 278, Section 38, Section 104 and Section 185 agreements as required.

• Senior civil engineers should be confident managing and designing their own projects.
• Junior applicants will be supported on schemes with plenty of training provided.

• BSc or BEng Degree (or HNC with demonstrable experience)
• Highly competent with AutoCAD
• Minimum 3 years’ industry experience
• Experience using 3D design software such as PDS or Civil 3D
• Experience using drainage design software such as Microdrainage or Flow
• Experience of SAB approvals desirable but not essential
• Previous experience of working on Residential Developments preferred (Experience from a general infrastructure background also considered)
• Full UK driving license.
