in the Strategy Team, you will lead high-impact consulting projects, helping top-tier clients across sport, entertainment, and culture make smarter, insight-led decisions.This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering quality thoughtful work, values attention to detail, and is energized by working in fast paced small teams.Strategic ConsultingLead the development of strategic projects (both brand and rights holder clients) from inception to deliveryApplying expertise to build partnership rationale and strategic roadmaps that align brand, business, and cultural objectives.Translate complex data and research into clear, actionable narratives that guide decision-making.New Business and Partnership DevelopmentSupport business development initiatives with strategic insight, landscape analysis, category research, and audience analysis.Contribute to RFP responses, new business pitches, and the development of forward thinking sales materials.Help position Wasserman’s strategic capabilities in market, reinforcing our leadership in insight-led marketing.Share emerging market intelligence and industry trends to fuel innovation across the team and our clients.Mentor and support junior members of the team, contributing to a culture of growth, excellence, and high performance.8–10+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or consulting role within marketing, sponsorship, or a related field.- Strong background in sports marketing, brand strategy, sponsorship evaluation, or consumer insights.- Proven experience influencing senior-level clients and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; confident analyzing data and visualizing insights.Wasserman does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
