We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead earthworks, drainage, and road infrastructure projects based in Byfleet. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in civil engineering with proven experience managing complex site works and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and execution of earthworks, drainage, and road construction schemes. Manage and supervise site activities ensuring compliance with specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control. Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and project documentation. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff. Candidate Requirements: Extensive experience in earthworks, drainage, and road construction engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices. Proven leadership and project management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer status or working towards). CSCS or equivalent site safety certification.
