Sales Engineer - MRO We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), with hybrid working options available. Working within a dynamic MRO Sales environment, the Sales Engineer will play a key role in developing accurate, competitive proposals and supporting the wider business in delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to customers. Reporting directly to the Head of MRO Sales, this role requires a strong technical understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation, cost estimation, and customer relationship management. Main Responsibilities Analyse and interpret aircraft maintenance documentation, including Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs). Prepare detailed cost estimates and develop bespoke customer proposals for maintenance projects. Generate accurate and comprehensive quotations for services and parts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of proposals and solutions. Research and analyse market trends, including parts pricing, maintenance schedules, and competitor offerings. Liaise with customers and internal departments throughout the Front End planning process to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to execution.
