Responsibilities

The firm welcomes applications from candidates with at least 3 years'' PQE in Family Law, with experience representing vulnerable clients in complex and sensitive Legal Aid cases.

The role will encompass a wide range of specialist Family Law matters, including divorce and separation, care proceedings, and child protection cases. You may also manage matters involving contact with a child in care, discharge of care orders, special guardianship orders, and cases relating to domestic violence.

You should be personable and empathetic, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and the skills to draft clear correspondence, court applications, statements, and other documents required for proceedings.

Strong communication skills are essential, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload, meet deadlines, and deliver the best possible outcomes for clients through robust and effective representation.
