The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
•  A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
•  A positive, proactive ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to contribute fully to nursery life
•  Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment
• Formal childcare experience (essential)
