As a Business Development Manager, you’ll become the face of the lender in your region, originating bridging and development finance deals, growing a pipeline of quality opportunities, and deepening broker and developer relationships through a mix of face-to-face meetings, events and virtual engagement. Backed by experienced leaders and a collaborative team, you’ll have the freedom to build your territory while receiving the support and training to accelerate your success.Key Responsibilities
Originate bridging and development finance deals by engaging with brokers, introducers, and developersDrive regional presence through meetings, networking events, and trade showsEducate the market on the lender’s unique products and lending capabilitiesStructure and qualify deals, ensuring applications are packaged for smooth processingBuild a reputation as a trusted and proactive lending partner in your territoryCollaborate closely with internal teams to progress deals efficiently£45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (up to £60,000 for top performers)Uncapped commission structure25 Days holiday + Day off for your birthdayMedical InsuranceField Based Role across London and surrounding areasOpportunities to attend and host broker events, forums and client meetingsClear career progression as the company continues its national growthLocal to Altrincham?
