Provide high-quality, consistent care and support to children aged 7 to 17
Work closely with your team to create a nurturing, safe, and structured environment
Support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs
Promote positive routines, independence, and emotional well-being
Be a positive role model and help young people thrive
Shift Pattern and Salary
Hours : 8am – 8pm shifts
Contract Options : 36, 40 or 48 hours per week
Sleep-ins : 8–10 per month (as per rota)
Hourly Rate : £14.50
Sleep-in Rate : £52 per nightOvertime and additional shifts available

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised Level 3 qualification)
Experience working in residential childcare or a related field
Full
UK driving licence
Minimum age: 21 (in line with Ofsted requirements)
Desirable:Experience supporting children with complex emotional needs
A calm, consistent, and nurturing approach
