The FirmOur client is an established, commercial law firm in the heart of the West End. They have grown substantially over the last few years, and are now seeking a Office Administrator to join their team.The OpportunityThis is a varied and hands-on position combining office administration and reception support. The successful Office Administrator will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing efficient administrative support and maintaining a professional front-of-house service for clients and visitors. Duties to include:Sorting incoming post and scanning to recipientsProcessing outgoing post, including taking any necessary deliveries to the local Post OfficeBooking couriersProcessing scanning/copying/printing jobs;Filing/retrieving filed documents Managing boardroom diaries and ensuring boardrooms are properly cleared and set up for scheduled meetingsEnsuring office, kitchen and stationary stock is sufficiently up to dateManaging reception client facing duties, including answering calls, taking ID documents, greeting clients for scheduled meetings, taking receipt of deliveriesCollecting files and other documents from off-site storage facilityLimited premises duties, including arranging periodic carpet cleaning/furniture refurbishmentRestaurant bookings and buying lunches for inter-office staff meetingsThis Office Administrator opportunity is a full time, office based role, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.RequirementsPrevious ..... full job details .....
