Role Title: Hardware Asset ManagerDuration: contract to run until 30/09/2026Location: Coventry, Hybrid 1 day per month onsiteRate: up to 312.80 p/d Umbrella inside IR35 What You''ll Be DoingThe role will be responsible for the effective delivery of IT Software and Hardware Asset and License Management across IT, using an ITIL framework. You will be a senior lead in defining, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the IT Asset (ITAM) services, ensuring efficient creation, maintenance and management of the Asset and Configuration Management Data Base (AMDB and CMDB) and CMS tools including: Definition, Creation and Implementation of effective processes and controls for Software and Hardware Asset and License Management.Enforce and enhance policies, processes and procedures for Software and Hardware Asset Management.Ensure the AMDB and CMDB is definitive, up-to-date, accurate and the correct source for all IT Infrastructure hardware and applications.Auditing and verifying the integrity of the CMDB, to identify issues with, and improve processes associated to the update of system records.Monitors and reports on the Software and Hardware Asset and License Management processes effectiveness and efficiency and recommends improvements as part of a continual service improvement programme.Development and maintenance of the Software and Hardware Asset Management plans.Identification, classification and specification of all Software and Hardware Asset and configuration ..... full job details .....
