This role is suited for professionals with 3-6 years of experience, demonstrating a track record in client leadership within an agency or transferable client-side roles. The ideal candidate is determined, conscientious, and committed to delivering high-quality activation, strategic direction, channel integration, and performance.Account Roles within the Client Leadership Team
Activation
: Manages account operations, tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.SIP (Strategy, Integration and Performance)
: Leads account strategy, planning, and integrated media efforts.Principal
: Oversees account commercial aspects, client relationships, and escalations.Account seniority is determined by our client tiering system. As an Associate Client Partner, you will deliver high-quality activation on tier 1 clients and develop your skills in SIP for tier 2 and 3 clients, with growth opportunities toward Client Partner roles.Responsibilities
Activation (Tier 1 Accounts)
Manage account operations, tasks, and deadlines using ClickUp.Handle stakeholder communication and daily task management.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of media, creative, and data activities.Produce schedules and statements of work for client approval.Monitor daily spend and address delivery challenges.Strategy, Integration and Performance (Tier 2 and 3 Accounts)
Apply strategic planning processes (RISE) and create Effectiveness Roadmaps.Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.Lead and motivate indirect team members.Oversee campaign execution and quality assurance.Maintain strategic narratives and manage forecasting.Manage time effectively to align resources with client needs.Success Factors
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presentations.Strong drive for personal and professional growth.Relevant client leadership experience (3-6 years).High attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness to learn and develop skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.Positive attitude and motivation.Ability to craft and communicate strategic narratives effectively.Benefits
