Warehouse Manager – Lead with Impact in a Fast-Moving Food Manufacturing Environment

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who’s not just operationally sharp, but commercially switched-on. This is more than managing pallets and paperwork it’s about owning the flow of materials, elevating food safety and quality compliance, and ensuring that customer satisfaction starts at the back door.

In this role you’ll take full accountability for the end-to-end warehouse operation at a food manufacturing site, you’ll manage a small team and ensure that raw materials and finished goods are stored, moved, and recorded accurately, safely, and in compliance with food quality standards.

From liaising with internal shift managers to coordinating external hauliers, your focus will be on seamless stock control, safety leadership and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

This isn’t just about managing stock – it’s about building capability. You’ll play a key role in supporting production delivery, driving warehouse performance and creating a culture of safety, accountability and food quality compliance.

With hands-on Warehouse experience from the food production/manufacturing environmentProven track record of managing teamsCurrent Counterbalance Forklift LicenceCompetent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)High standards in food hygiene, safety, and compliance practices
