Chemical Mixer Job OverviewMy client are looking for a chemical mixer to prepare and operate mixing and coating equipment in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner. The Chemical Mixer will ensure all equipment is set up and operated in line with product and customer specifications.Prepare and clean all items required to operate the mixing equipment and coating machine.Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient running of equipment.Read and interpret product specifications and testing requirements.Prepare detailed process guidelines and machine settings for both mixing and coating stages.Perform mixing operations consistently to agreed specifications.Apply coatings and laminations uniformly, meeting the required guidelines.Report any safety, equipment, raw material, or product quality concerns to the appropriate DEP personnel.Accurately complete records detailing raw materials used, run conditions, and finished product data.Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment within the mixing area.Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
