We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our Legal Disrepairs Team in Enfield. This is a hands-on, long-term role within the social housing sector, best suited to someone with a strong background across wet trades and groundworks who can work independently and maintain high standards across all tasks.Responsibilities

Internal and external plastering, patching and renderingPainting and decorating in both void and occupied propertiesGroundworks including paving, slab laying, trenching and reinstatementGeneral maintenance and support for other trades as requiredRequirements

Experience working in social housing or legal disrepair environmentsProven multi-trade background including plastering, painting, groundworks, and carpentryOwn tools and transportFull, clean driving licenceWillingness to complete an enhanced DBS checkAdditional Information
