Having been out of formal education for a period of time, they require a patient and supportive individual who can help them re-engage with learning, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for a future transition into a specialist SEND school environment.This role focuses on creating a positive and trusting relationship, encouraging communication, independence, and engagement through carefully adapted learning and life-skills activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering 1:1 support within the pupil''s home during morning sessionsSupporting early English language acquisition, including speaking, listening, vocabulary development and simple literacy activitiesPromoting life skills, independence and everyday communicationHelping establish positive routines and increasing readiness for future school placementTailoring activities to meet the needs of a learner with Autism and Visual ImpairmentProviding consistent encouragement in a calm, nurturing and structured mannerMaintaining communication with Quantum Scholars and other professionals ..... full job details .....
