A Market leading Manufacturing company are currently looking for a new Engineering Team Leader to add to their current Engineering team. This company are enjoying a period of growth due to the nature of their products with in a stable industry.

Role Description

*Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of production machinery
*Leadership and Supervisory of 4 Maintenance Engineers
*Workload Allocation and PPM Planning using CMMS systems
*Ensuring work is carried out in a safety conscious fashion.
*Supported by a Team of Skilled Engineers.
*Reporting on recurrent faults and facilitating repair activities with the Engineering team / supervisor.
*Reporting into the Engineering Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

*Maintenance Engineering Experience
*Supervisory experience
*Formal Qualification ideally Level 3 in Engineering and 18th Edition
*Manufacturing industry experience - FMCG
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
