We are currently seeking a talented Research Scientist to contribute to our Disease Control team. This exciting role will focus on two critical areas: Fungicide Biokinetics and Fungal Genetics.What You''ll Do:Conduct In Vivo Studies: Design and perform biokinetics studies in fungi and plants to assess fungicide bioavailability.Explore Fungal Genetics: Execute experiments involving mutagenesis, transformation, CRISPR-based genome editing, and sensitivity assays in fungal and oomycete pathogens.Molecular Biology Workflows: Carry out cloning, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and genome analysis.Data Analysis: Interpret experimental data and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for project teams.Cultivation Maintenance: Maintain high-quality fungal cultures, ensuring contamination-free operations.Protocol Improvement: Review and enhance established protocols to boost capacity and efficiency.Knowledge Transfer: Share insights and build new capabilities to ..... full job details .....
