Lead arbitration cases, develop strategies and present arguments effectively during hearingsHandle written advocacy, including pleadings and legal briefsProvide legal analysis and advice on international arbitrationConduct research on comparative and cross-jurisdictional issuesUpdate clients on case progress and offer strategic adviceMentor junior lawyers on arbitration procedures and client managementParticipate in practice development and represent the firm at eventsRequirements

Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in arbitration with expertise in complex international arbitrationsProven written and oral advocacy skillswithin an arbitration contextKnowledge of institutional arbitration rulesand practices governing international arbitration proceedingsExceptional written and verbalcommunication skillsA multi-tasker with strong analytical skills
