We are now looking for an Employee Relations Assistant to support our Advisers while also developing your own skills and responsibilities.This is an ideal role for someone currently working in HR administration or HR support, who is working towards (or already has) a professional HR qualification-ideally CIPD Level 5-and is keen to gain deeper ER experience.What you''ll be doingIn this position you will work closely with our experienced team of eight Employee Relations Advisers.
