Our food is Modern European with a strong Italian influence, focusing on quality ingredients and honest cooking.Were looking for a Head Chef with solid experience in Michelin-starred or top-tier fine dining restaurants. The right person will have a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, strong technical skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Menu development is key working with Angela and our Development Chef, Em Brightman, to create seasonal, evolving dishes that reflect Muranos style.This is a hands-on role, leading by example in a busy, fast-paced kitchen. The Head Chef will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation, managing food costs, supplier relationships, stock control, and kitchen hygiene. They must be calm under pressure, precise in execution, and able to inspire and support their team.Most importantly, we need someone who values their brigade and fosters a positive, professional environment.
