Manufacturing Operator Permanent Huddersfield / Brighouse Area Various Shifts Available Due to on-going growth, our client, a large manufacturing business are looking to recruit a number of well versed Manufacturing Operators to join their team. Job Description To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company. Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development. Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times. Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork. Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved. To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company. Ensure that output is in line with the production targets Inform the Team Leader of any quality problems, process problems, or machine breakdowns asap. Ensure that a good relationship is maintained within the department with all staff. Report any material or consumable shortages as soon as possible.
