Key Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring an international team focused on Risk data ingestion, transformation and reporting Providing database and reporting subject matter expertise, collaborating with Risk stakeholders (Market Risk, Credit Risk and Enterprise Risk Managers) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Design and development of innovative solutions to complex problems that maintain highly efficient, available and fault tolerant systems Staying up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the architectural strategy for risk reporting, aligning with regulatory requirements and enterprise data strategy Delivery of a complex portfolio of risk reporting change initiatives ranging from minor enhancements to large scale projects, including timelines, estimation, budgeting, resourcing and vendor relationships Skills and Experience:Essential Strong proficiency in SQL with an in-depth understanding of advanced SQL concepts and techniques including joins, aggregations, CTEs and window functions Strong background in risk management functions, including market risk, credit risk, and regulatory compliance. Good understanding of Risk measures like VAR, CE/PE and PFE.
